KidSport enables eligible Western Australian children aged 5 to 18 years (school aged) to participate in community sport by offering them financial assistance of up to $300 per calendar year towards their club fees.

Who is eligible for KidSport?

All Western Australian children aged 5 to 18 (school aged) with a valid Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card are eligible for KidSport.

How does KidSport work?

You can apply for KidSport online or by using a hard copy application form.

KidSport applications are assessed by the local government office in which the child resides. If an application is approved, the KidSport team will email you a Kidsport approval code unique to your child.

This code needs to be provided to your club or BNA when registering or enrolling your child.

Clubs/BNA will claim KidSport monies back from local government.

All KidSport voucher codes will expire in 90 days, so please ensure codes are provided to your club treasurer or coordinator in a timely manner.
